The members of the Planning Commission have a very important task. There are many requests for subdivision, land development and property use. The Planning Commission researches Pennsylvania, Berks County and local regulations and highlights the pros and cons of each request in order to make recommendations that the Board of Supervisors should follow when making decisions affecting the community.
The Exeter Township Planning Commission meets the first Tuesday of each month at 7:30 P.M. in the Township building.
